The Role
As an Insolvency Manager, you will lead a team responsible for handling a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and other formal appointments.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring cases are managed effectively and in full compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from inception to closure

Oversee a team of case administrators, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management

Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met across all cases

Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders in a professional and confident manner

Support the training and development of junior team members
Requirements:
-
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate insolvency
-
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively

Strong technical understanding of UK insolvency legislation and procedures

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
