We have partnered with a leading business advisory firm located in Hampshire in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Corporate Finance Manager. They are looking for an individual for a Transaction Services or Valuations Manager who is eager to leverage their skill-set into M&A.
As a Corporate Finance Manager you will work on projects from inception right through to completion within the mid-market space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of client deliverables, such as information memorandums and other reports.
- Lead on a number of both buy-side and sell-side mandates.
- Contribute at client pitch meetings.
- Manage client relationships and attend meetings when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience
- Management experience in an accountancy practice or corporate finance boutique.
- Motivated and inquisitive.
