We have partnered with a mid-market advisory firm located in Birmingham in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Transaction Services Associate Director to operate within their corporate finance team.
As a Transaction Services Associate Director you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take project responsibility for individual due diligence projects, reporting to the project Partner.
- Analysing reports using Excel.
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
- Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous Transaction Services experience in an accountancy practice or corporate finance boutique.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team and assignments through to completion.
