Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day banking and cashiering functions for a portfolio of insolvency cases (including administrations, CVLs, MVLs, bankruptcies, etc.)

Open and maintain client bank accounts in accordance with insolvency regulations and firm protocols

Process payments to creditors, employees, HMRC, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and authorisation

Carry out regular and accurate bank reconciliations for insolvency estates
-
Monitor and record all financial transactions using case management and accounting systems (e.g., IPS, Turnkey, or equivalent)

Assist in the preparation of statutory financial reports and returns to regulatory bodies and creditors

Liaise with banks, internal teams, and third parties to resolve payment queries or discrepancies

Support the insolvency team with general administrative and financial tasks as required
- Follow strict compliance and regulatory standards in every aspect of the work that you do
Key Skills required:

Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and maintain robust records
