This position offers the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases within a supportive and experienced team environment. The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to manage their own workload while having access to guidance and support from senior management when required.
Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases from appointment through to closure

Drafting reports, correspondence, and statutory documentation

Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders

Conducting investigations and asset realisations
-
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

Supporting more junior team members (if at Senior Administrator level)

To Be Considered

Prior experience working in corporate and/or personal insolvency
-
Good working knowledge of insolvency procedures and compliance requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

CPI qualification beneficial but not essential

Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship required)
