M&A Associate Director

We have partnered with a leading boutique advisory firm located in London in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious M&A Associate Director to operate within their Corporate Finance M&A team. They specialise within the mid-market space, working across a diverse range of sectors. You will play an instrumental role in identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing deal processes.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their objectives and crafting tailored M&A strategies.
• Conducting thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments.
• Leveraging your deep knowledge of the M&A process to negotiate and structure deals effectively.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their professional development.
• Utilising your expertise in locked-box mechanisms to enhance deal structuring.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Prior experience leading M&A mandates from inception to completion.
• Currently an M&A Senior Manager or Associate Director.
• Ideally from a Top 10 accounting practice or boutique M&A house.
• Preferred sector experience across consumer and business services.
