We have partnered with a mid-market advisory firm located in London in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Transaction Services Assistant Manager to operate within their corporate finance team.
As a Transaction Services Assistant Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.
- Analysing reports using Excel.
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
- Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous Transaction Services experience in an accountancy practice or corporate finance boutique.
