Transaction Services Senior Manager – Corporate Finance – London

We have partnered with a leading accountancy firm located in London in their search for a driven and innovative Transactions Services Senior Manager to operate within their corporate finance team.

As a Transactions Services Senior Manager, you will be required to use your understanding of, and expertise in, the field of financial due diligence to manage the delivery of projects on a day-to-day basis. You will play an instrumental role in building profitable external and internal client relationships and be at the forefront of deals within the mid-market space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing team projects including developing new starters.
• Collaborate with Partners and Directors in enhancing existing and developing new service stream practices.
• Lead larger client engagements including establishing the project scope and resource requirements.
• Analysing reports using Excel.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant/relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 years Transaction Services experience
• Currently a Manager looking to take that next step into a Senior Management position
• Competent in using all MS Office functions.
• Proactive approach to independent working and comfortable working within a team.
