A growing professional services firm is looking for a Corporate Insolvency Assistant Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, drive process improvements and accelerate your career.
As a Corporate Insolvency Assistant Manager, you will take a leading role in managing a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs and administrations. Your primary focus will be to process these appointments through to closure in a compliant and timely manner in line with insolvency legislation and internal procedures. Additionally, you will conduct technical reviews of statutory documents and reports.
For this role, you’ll need:
- in-depth knowledge of UK corporate insolvency with a background in handling corporate appointments from cradle to grave,
- preferably, a professional qualification such as the CPI or JIEB although NOT essential,
- excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
