Key Responsibilities
- Handling Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) and liquidations efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
- Managing insolvency cases, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed.
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation related to insolvency processes.
- Liaising with clients, creditors, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Supporting senior administrators and managers in insolvency procedures.
Requirements
- Ideally 3 years of experience in insolvency administration, but flexible for the right candidate.
- Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Background in corporate insolvency is ideal however experience in personal insolvency is welcome-training in will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
