Charlotte is a Consultant recruiting across the UK insolvency & restructuring market.
Charlotte started her professional career working as an Insolvency Administrator for an accountancy practice based in Oxford. After two years in the insolvency department, Charlotte moved internally into a management accountant role before leaving to join Gambit Search as a recruiter.
Utilising her knowledge of insolvency procedures and the needs of business leaders within professional services, Charlotte is well placed in identifying talent for Insolvency Practitioners across the UK. She proactively assists candidates to find the right move for their careers by providing advice, insight and support throughout each step of the process.
Charlotte takes the lead on Insolvency Administrator / Associate, Senior Administrator / Senior Associate and Assistant Manager / Supervisor appointments across London and the south of the UK.
Outside of recruitment, Charlotte keeps active by playing team sports such as hockey and cricket whilst also going to the gym. She is a keen rugby fan and attends matches on the weekends with her family. She is also a lover of travel and likes to visit anywhere hot!
