Jahmmal is the co-founder and Managing Director of Gambit Search.
Jahmmal started his corporate career within insolvency, working for a boutique insolvency practice before moving to a mid-tier accountancy firm. He used this industry experience to pursue a career working in insolvency recruitment by working for co-founder Adam at a global recruitment firm in London.
Jahmmal spent 5 years’ recruiting insolvency & restructuring professionals throughout the UK and internationally as well as successfully managing a high performing advisory division prior to launching Gambit Search. He has an extensive background of recruitment from junior to mid-level professionals, however his core specialism is between Manager and Director level.
His greatest attribute is his long-standing relationships with his network. It’s about offering the right opportunities not just “any” opportunity; partnering with the candidate/client for the best outcome universally. Like Adam, he is passionate about being as consultative as possible throughout processes.
Outside of recruitment, Jahmmal regularly enjoys going to the gym, watching multiple sports (especially Boxing, football and NFL) as well as spending time with his young family.
