Restructuring Advisory Director

Gambit Search are working with a client to assist introducing a restructuring professional at Director level to join their advisory team in London.

As an advisory director, you’ll be working with corporates, lenders as well as other stakeholders on financial restructuring and/or banking advisory mandates. At this level, not only would you be leading on the delivery but you’d be developing work winning opportunities for the business.

The type of projects will include:-

– Business planning
– Independent Business Reviews (“IBRs”)
– Strategic Options
– Contingency Planning
– Distressed M&A
– Short-term cash flow forecasts

The business operate both across the UK and internationally and in this position you’ll be tasked with leading the execution of the projects, stakeholder management and more.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have proven experience working within advisory – either company/creditor advisory or banking advisory. Ideally you’ll be a qualified accountant in keeping with the demands of the work. Insolvency expertise and qualifications are beneficial but not necessary for success in this role.
