We are working with a multi award-winning independent insolvency & restructuring practice as they look to hire an MVL Manager into their Corporate Simplification team. The business is based in Central London.
Our client is a specialists in the mid-market restructuring space – focusing on those businesses which aren’t so distressed, that the only option is for an insolvency process to take place. This means that for the majority of their work, both advisory and insolvency knowledge is utilised to provide company directors with options. Given the work, everyone in the team gets exposure to both sides of the process and a large variety of industries in which the businesses are involved.
The firm pride themselves on looking to get the best possible result for their clients – aiming for a turnaround or saving of the business.
Their pipeline has grown substantially and subsequently they need at least one person at the Manager grade to join the team.
As an MVL Manager, you’ll be leading on solvent liquidation projects and some corporate simplification work and assign work to more junior members of the team.
