Gambit Search are working with one of our international clients who have a need for a Restructuring Manager team in either their Glasgow or Edinburgh office. The focus of work will be primarily advisory assignments.
The business has a value-led approach and using their in-depth knowledge to provide an excellent service to the clients and stakeholders.
In this role as a Restructuring Manager in the Advisory team, you’ll be:
– Working on Independent Business Reviews
– Responsible for smaller projects but having a core part to play in any complex/larger assignments that come in with senior leadership
– Doing Cash flow forecasts
– Financial Analysis and models
– Pre-lend reviews
– Options
You’ll need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and have operated in a restructuring role previously whereby you’ve got some experience in advisory projects.
