Gambit Search are working with a global law firm who are currently in the market for a non-contentious restructuring & insolvency lawyer around 5-7 PQ.
In this team, you’d be acting for a variety of stakeholders i.e. borrowers, distressed investors, insolvency practitioners, trustees on complex insolvency and financial turnaround matters. These matters will be handled across various sectors.
The work will involve Administrations, CVAs, debt restructuring, cross-border lending and more.
The practice are well known for their work in this area in terms of mandates they take on and the quality of work they deliver. The amount of expertise in the leadership is considerable and this global practice is known to be going places.
